Ouch ! Just injured my back maybe yesterday or the day back but today it is hurting like h*ll... got no mood to work because the pain is unbearable... can't even change gear properly in my car non switch on the air-con so i have not been driving with aircon on... argh.... weather is super hot... nothing much happening in my life cuz i am lifeless and 'activitiy-less'.
