Went for a jog yesterday night, was doing interval training... just 4 rounds then I pi4 to3 ka1 le. super cmi. haha. See stars, cannot breathe properly. wahaha.. think too old le, next time better not push myself too hard. But the good news is, my body no ache. wahaha. This means my body is now used to the exercise le, so I can now do more intense exercising without worrying about body ache.
